Very worthwhile page! I need more time with it. But, if your scripts work, it will be very meaningful to me. I'm a technical writer and am just getting into HTML development of Web pages. I'm doing OK with the HTML, but not so OK with getting scripts to work. My service provider uses UN-CGI. That might be a problem, but mainly it's my ignorance.
If you get your book finished and want a good edit, why not consider us (Technical Editing & Writing Services) for the job at a very reasonable rate. I'd love to do the edit as I would surely learn a lot from you as I went through the book. The queries that I would make to you might be meaningful, and the review-edit process would certainly be interesting.
